Come by our showroom in Kansas City for a fitting with one of our master fitters. We’ll have a cold one waiting.
Place the tape measure around your upper chest and pull it snug but not tight. Take two or three regular breaths, letting the tape measure expand naturally with each breath. The measured number in inches is your jacket size. We recommend doing this a few times and taking the average number. If you land on an odd number, choose the next even size up.
Let us know what size you currently wear in the waist of chinos or dress trousers. Choose that size. If they fit really tight in the waist and seat, choose one size up.
Put a measuring tape around your neck, ensuring that it is over your Adam’s apple. Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly. Write down the number in inches. To ensure accuracy, we recommend doing this a few times and getting an average number. Round up to the nearest size.

Fit: I always wear slim-fit shirts, and find that most jackets off the rack have too much room in the waist.
Medium: I typically wear an athletic-fit shirt, and want a well-cut jacket, with just enough room.
Significant: I typically wear a classic-fit shirt, and struggle to find shirts and jackets that fit at the waist.
Fit: My shirts always fit comfortably off the rack, with just the right amount of room in the chest.
Medium: Most shirts fit well off the rack, but sometimes they fit tight in the chest and upper back.
Significant: The chest and upper back are always tight on shirts.
Erect: When standing comfortably, my shoulders are either set back, or shoulders sit behind my hips. (When looking at my side profile)
Balanced: When standing comfortably, my shoulders are aligned with my hips.
Rounded: When standing comfortably, my shoulders are in front of my hips, and my back and shoulders are rounded forward.
None: My shoulders are horizontal, and jackets typically feel comfortable in the armpit.
Slight: My shoulders slope slightly, and the armpit of jackets is sometimes tight.
Significant: My shoulders lack a horizontal plane, and slope downward significantly.
Classic: Our classic-cut shirts will have an extra two inches in the waist and an extra inch in the chest. It is perfect for those who want a roomier garment.
Tailored: Our recommended shirt fit. Slim, but never skinny.
No: No change to the shirt cuffs
Left Wrist: The shirt cuff will be a half-inch wider on the left wrist than the right.
Right wrist: The shirt cuff will be a half-inch wider on the right wrist than the right
